Summary
Sentrx Animal Care, a Domes Pharma Group company develops and manufactures revolutionary veterinary care products and transforms biotechnologies into easy-to-use care solutions that promote the long-term well-being of animals. The company’s focus is on products for companion animal health. This opening is for a part-time internship position with the intent to transition to a full time position.

Duties
Under general supervision, a production intern assists in manufacturing operations; performs weekly maintenance and calibration of instruments; and maintains appropriate records. Essential functions may include laboratory equipment operation, performing testing of intermediate and finished products, maintaining appropriate documentation, and complying with pertinent SOPs.

Abilities
Knowledge of computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations. Laboratory experience is preferred but not required. Sentrx is a small company, and it is extremely important for the applicant to have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a positive workplace environment are critical.

Requirements
Regular attendance and a neat appearance are expected. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required.

Work Conditions
Part-time position (10-30 hours per week). Hours of operation are generally Monday through Friday with typical business hours, though manufacturing requirements may require small fluctuations in schedules. Schedules are subject to change for training and other manufacturing purposes.
