Born in 1980, Anne MOULIN is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Paris in international business and holds an MBA from the SDA BOCCONI School of Management in Milan (2007).
In 2003, she decided to join the family business to contribute her skills. After a spell at GRUNENTHAL Pharma in Milan, she successively held the position of General Manager in the Group's various subsidiaries before being appointed President of the Dômes Pharma Group Executive Committee in 2016. In September 2022, she moved to Boston to head up Dômes Pharma US, preparing the Group's entry into the American market.
Anne MOULIN is the 3ème generation of the MOULIN family to preside over the destiny of a group which today has 7 subsidiaries in 5 countries, 400 employees and sales of 94 million dollars (2022).
In just a few years, she has succeeded in leaving her mark on the family business, transforming a collection of disconnected companies and brands into a structured Group that has gained in notoriety and is now expanding internationally. After England, Germany, Spain and Portugal, the Group is now preparing to conquer the North American market. This far-reaching transformation of the company also involves changes in managerial practices, to unleash the energy and creativity of all employees. These changes are embodied in the "Smart Moves 2025" development plan, which takes into account both the Group's development and the challenges of tomorrow's world, in order to CULTIVATE a positive footprint, ANTICIPATE possible futures and EXPLORE new territories.
On a personal level, Anne Moulin is the mother of 2 children who followed her to Boston. She has a passion for horses and has been riding since a very young age. She has a strong bond with her 2 mares, who remain in France for the time being.
